“Just finished three months of physical therapy at the Ponte Vedra Beach office, under the excellent care of Lane, Derek, Amy and Andrea. All worked with me on flexibility and core strength, to deal with sciatic pain. I learned new stretches and exercises that alleviated the pain with a conservative approach. I highly recommend this team, particularly at the 7 am sessions since there is no crowding. The location is convenient with plenty of parking.”
