A computer component burned out on my 2017 Volt -- a car that I love. The Service Department - especially Noel and her technician—were wonderful about diligently searching for a replacement part -- keeping me informed about the search and immediately fixing the car when the part arrived. The technician even worked through lunch to fix the car the same day the part arrived. Noel was smiling and ready with my keys when we arrived to pick up the car, which was sparkling clean and ready to go home. A great experience. A great place to do business. I leased two trucks here over a year ago. I have all maintenance work done here because of the excellent service. Every visit, I encounter very friendly and helpful staff. I recently had my coat cleaned here and my experience was wonderful. I had a broken button and a big stain on the sleeve that I was not able to get out. Best cleaners was able to remove the stain and fix the button and I am so thankful . Great prices and great customer service! It’s very hard to find that combination and I’m glad I found it here !
