“My husband and I recently bought a townhome for our daughter. We have made many improvements over the last few weeks so we have made multiple trips to Home Depot. Tonight we went to buy a hot water heater. Thomas was so very helpful and kind. He had a young guy named Josh I believe helping him. It was wonderful watching Josh listen intently to everything Thomas was saying about hot water heaters. Thomas was not only very knowledgeable in plumbing, he also demonstrated exactly how to provide excellent customer service. Bella was very helpful when we checked out. She even helped load our truck. I’m not sure if it’s just the Home Depot’s in Jacksonville that have been so friendly and helpful lately but whoever has enforced these new changes needs a raise!”

“Interesting shop. Mostly Feed, farming tools and a whole slew of other items to fit your outdoor fancy. Even a small selection of rugged outdoor clothing and boots. Was looking for stable mats which the website had listed in stock but they were out. However, they did offer a ranchers for the next batch to come in which should be soon. I will be back to purchase along with a truck bed tool box :) Very nice and helpful associates.”
