Danielle in the grooming department is fantastic; she did a wonderful job on my 2 labs. They both signed up for a seabed treatment and I let her know the one has allergies to almost anything- she suggested a deep scrub for his skin (I would’ve never known they even offer that if she hadn’t suggested it). She did excellent on their teeth, and their coat is all trimmed up nicely. She even took the time to get me signed up on the app so I saved 10% on our visit (which we all know the upkeep of dogs can get pricey). I highly recommend having Danielle groom your pets! She’ll do an excellent job.
I found a teacup chihuahua running loose and covered in fleas. She was so sweet; I'm not sure how she survived what had to be at least four very cold nights. I walked into Petco looking confused and hoping to wash some of the parasites of this pup. The Vet Techs, Aubrey and Ally, saw me and immediately asked if they could help. I explained what was going on and they took her right away to professionally clean her. After a thorough cleaning, the ladies came out with a much happier (and less infested) little puppy. They gave me a few things to help get her started and I thanked them for their help.
Lil bit is doing much better and spends most of her days on a very soft blanket now. Aubrey and Ally's aid and expertise made our day! Thank you very much for the help you provided!
I visit this Petco on a regular basis. The animal cages and fish tanks are always exceptionally clean. All animals, including the ferrets, are well taken care of by the staff.
Water bowls for the ferrets may be ideal but not practical in a cage because they are very active and would either spill the water or kick bedding in it.
