She took my vitals and told me Dr. Gassert would be with me soon and he did not leave us waiting. Dr. Gassert was professional and friendly. He answered all of our questions and explained the risks. “Great experience. My consultation appointment was on time fast and efficient. It did take several weeks to get the procedure done. However everyone was incredibly nice and professional. From the front desk staff, to my nurse David and of course Dr Cortes. They are super efficient but not at the expense of compassion and humor. “Dr. Pineau has worked with my mother, sister, and myself. We have an inherited condition called familial adenomatous polyposis or FAP. Dr. Pineau performed many different techniques on each of us, preventing cancer. I ended up moving to North Carolina in 2013 and have had three types of cancer since moving away from St. Augustine. I miss Dr Pineau. He is wonderful! If you need an awesome gastroenterologist, go see him and Dr. Etzkorn at Borland-Groover. They have offices in both St. Augustine and Jacksonville Florida.”
