Update: After posting this review, I received a call right away. There was a miscommunication between management and the front desk. I did not need to be in person to retrieve my deposit back. They ended up mailing my deposit back and I received it the next week. Thank you for making it right.

I had to call to make sure someone was in the office when I needed to begin renting the unit. We had stopped by once during normal hours and no one was around. I should have known this would eventually be a problem. My unit has been cleaned out for 3 weeks. I’ve stopped by 4 times now to collect my cleaning deposit and no one is ever here. Today, I noticed the unit has even been re-rented yet I still can’t collect my deposit (which they require to be in person). Complete headache. Rent somewhere else.

Thank you Riley for calling me back about the storage unit I needed. She asked when I was coming and I told her in an hour. She had the unit ready and open for viewing, all the paperwork was ready and executed smoothly. I was unloading my "junk" within hours. Clean and dry.

We just rented a 5x8 trailer to return one way to Georgia. Lauren did an excellent job, from my first call earlier this week, to assisting us today. She’s obviously bright, pleasant and hard working. I would totally recommend this (U-haul) rental and storage facility to friends and family.
