On Feb. 16, 2023, I showed up at Station 16 and rang the doorbell. I could not make it to the hospital. Men ran out snatched me out of the truck and into ambulance working on me from all sides trying to get air in my lungs and get overworked heart to chill. I believe there were 4 men and I want to thank you from the bottom of my heart for your kindness, professionalism and speed. I forgive you now for not taking me to Flagler😂 I remember one of you kept telling me to quit talking!!!! Y'all are so appreciated. Please know that. Thank you. Melody Siddons

This is actually Bobby Giles, the patient you treated on 8/3/20 and 8/6/20. First at the YMCA next door and the second at my home. Wanted to give you guys a belated thank you for how you treated me in a professional manner and kept my wife and daughter, especially my wife at the Y, calmed down. Again, thank you.

I would like to take a few minutes to thank the crew who was working this past wed evening. With out these amazing men I wouldn’t be here writing this When I realized it was not gas or heart burn but a heart attack my wife called st county they stayed with her on the phone asking things that would help the paramedics when they arrived The men came in started treating me right away I could tell by the sound of the one paramedics voice that this was no joke.Thank you all for the rest of my life I will always remember the strangers in blue who gave this husband father son brother more time smile it feels good

I don’t know where to start. I have a high anxiety/panic disorder... I haven’t been feeling well and had a panic and I thought something serious was going on. I called 911 and these guys got here quicker than anything. Even though they knew me and knew it was more than likely a panic attack. They treated me as they would anyone else. They talked calmly to me and was able to slowly calm me down. They lightened to mood and we’re so caring and helpful. I decided I want to go to the ER just to be safe and in the ambulance ride Curtis (I hope that’s your name.) Was the tough love kinda guy who gave it to you straight but in a caring way. It helped me realized that I have some serious reevaluating to do in my life to get my anxiety back under control. I want to thank all the guys at the station and especially Curtis for helping kick my butt back into gear. I truly feel so lucky these guys are here and compassionate and helpful. Gave me a lot of hope. Thanks again to everyone! Your in good hands with these guys!
