“My mother was a resident for six months at Silver Creek. Initially placed in Assisted Living and after two months due to her health declined, transitioned to Enhanced Assisted Living. I found the majority of the staff to be caring. I had circumstances where flexibility was needed on my mother's behalf and in almost all cases, the Executive Director favorably approved my requests. Even the main corporate home office worked with me on mom's behalf. I found the nursing staff to be extremely helpful and truly cared about my mother. I would recommend Silver Creek to family members needing care. The facility is well maintained, clean and the maintenance staff were very helpful. The Assisted Living dining experience is top notch. The front desk personnel also went above and beyond to assist. Office personnel were professional. I believe I made a wise decision to place my mother at Silver Creek.”
