“I am an Uber driver from Jacksonville. I have a car wash membership in Jacksonville but my car wash in St Augustine was closed for upgrades. A rider made a huge mess on my carpets and I was in desperate need for a vacuum. My searches kept taking me to vacuums that either didn't exist or were not working. Finally, thankfully, it gave me Tidal. This was my very first time. The lady was so very kind, courteous, and friendly. I explained my situation and she showed me to use their vacuums. The vacuums were one of the best vacuums I have ever used. Excellent suction. Got my vehicle very clean. I would highly recommend this car wash. “There’s so many satisfying things about this car wash. The members only lane gets you in and out fast. Getting a smile from the staff. Watching the screen wash beading the water to the air blowing your vehicle dry, then there’s the tire cleaner that makes the tires look new every time. Then the final touch the green light telling you it’s safe to go vacuum the inside. It’s so satisfying to have a clean car. I love my monthly membership!!”

“Lawrence, Andrew, and the rest of the team at Ecotech did an amazing job on my new Bronco that was absolutely filthy after a recent off road trip. Everything smells and feels clean now, it’s like it just came from the factory but even cleaner. I even had some damage that Lawrence fixed with no issue. They cleaned my engine bay as well and it went from muddy to completely spotless. All around great and knowledgeable people.”

“Tidal Wave Auto Spa is, by far, the best car wash in St. John’s and surrounding counties. I have tried nearly 10 different car washes in the past 6 months. Until I came here, I could not find one that left me with a clean truck. Every time, no matter how dirty my truck is, I leave with a sparkling clean truck! The facility looks nice and is very clean. The staff is great too! Troy is super helpful and is doing a phenomenal job! He is always running here and there but he’s never too busy to say hello and help with anything you need.
