Remember it's the lowest responsible bid. They stripped my roof and found the sins of omission from the past. They corrected all of those errors and repaired the resultant damage. They even repaired the decorative cladding on my chimney and repainted it to a high degree of professionalism. They could have told me get someone to do the paint and carpentry, but they did it in house. Why? So they could charge me more? No, it was less than 1% additional. “I contacted Ortiz Roofing to remove a makeshift patio cover from the home I recently purchased. I received a response within minutes of my initial outreach and quickly had an estimate and a date for the work to be completed. Caleb arrived on time and went right to work removing the aluminum panels and repairing the holes they left in my roof. To my surprise, he offered to take down the wood supports that held the panels up on the non-roof side as well. All of this was done with minimal disruption to my household. This was important because I work from home. Once he completed, he cleaned off the entire roof and the patio and hauled away all of the debris. The repair stood up to Tropical Storm Elsa the very next day without any leaks! I am delighted not only with this particular service but in having a roofing professional I can trust for future repairs and replacement.”
