I got in the same day I change my PCP. Dr.penn and his staff were so welcoming and he listened to all my concerns and medications and didn’t profile like most doctors do ! I was so relieved to had seen him and finally someone who wanted to do more than shove medication down my throat! I walked out of his office crying tears of relief and happiness. Has amazing and had great bedside manners. He listened so well that he knew where I was going with my conversation and didn’t just stop me from rambling about my personal life ,he let me finish,Addressed problems and now we are on our way to a healthier life for myself. She clarified how to become a premium member, and then pointed out five or six different items that were on sale and would help my purchase. Then she loaded up a large item for me. Some of the doors had particular problems, and John was amazingly professional and considerate with us trying to solve a problem he did not create. He offered to come back twice to make it as good as it could be done, never once complaining. All he wanted was for us to be satisfied. “Always open, always friendly and a clean well-kept forecourt. The pumps seem well maintained and I've rarely if ever seen a pump out of action - an issue with some older stations we visit. I do recommend the Fuel Rewards scheme, you can register with a phone number, use it as an ALT ID whenever you fill and you can get 3c, 5c or even 50c occasionally depending on how frequently you fill up”
