I ABSOLUTELY looooooove this auto parts store… this one is privately owned by an AWESOME young😉 man … ALLLLL the guys in there are soooo knowledgeable helpful and patient!! Definitely recommend this place for ALLL your auto parts and sooo much more!! Ya feel like family when your there… just can’t say enough great things about the employees there!!!

The young man who helped me was friendly. Helped diagnose the battery and gave me free replacement battery in a quick and happy manner. Impressed!

My husband and I were vacationing in St. Augustine and when we were leaving there was a tornado warning.
We stopped at Sanford and Son to ask if we could shelter there, since we have never experienced a tornado and didn’t know what to do since we were to drive in the path of the tornado.
Sanford and his staff were very welcoming, friendly and understanding.
We were very appreciative of their kindness.

I am 30 years old and just up until 2 months ago I have been seeing the same doctor since I was 9 years old . She recently retired and my grandmother told me about her doctor . I got in the same day I change my PCP. Dr.penn and his staff were so welcoming and he listened to all my concerns and medications and didn’t profile like most doctors do ! I was so relieved to had seen him and finally someone who wanted to do more than shove medication down my throat! I walked out of his office crying tears of relief and happiness. Has amazing and had great bedside manners. He listened so well that he knew where I was going with my conversation and didn’t just stop me from rambling about my personal life ,he let me finish,Addressed problems and now we are on our way to a healthier life for myself. When I was leaving I said “ I am so happy I could hug ya , I just fell in love with you “ lol so he hugged me and said “ well don’t fall in love with me I’m married “ so he is a faithful man too !!!! Haha

I meet Dr. Penn almost 48 years ago.i am 80 now and have many doctor's but I have never had a Dr. Like him. He have seen me threw many problems with my health. I don't think that I would still be here if it wasn't for his care. He has been there for me to listen to solve and be caring. The office girl's are so special to me I feel I am a lucky person to have them helping my favorite doctor.

Dr Penn is so thorough and give you as much time as you need. The office is very flexible with appointment times and being able to fit you in. I've never had to wait a long time like others have said.

Dr. Penn is very thorough and spends as much time with you as he needs. He has a very kind bedside manner and is very compassionate. I couldn't ask for a better doctor. It would be very disheartening if I ever needed to switch to another doctor.
