The Villages Insurance

Kids were on Christmas break, so shopping was easy and peaceful. Super clean and the gal on the floor was very helpful!

Any dealings I have had over the years has been great. The Villages Insurance people have always been great to deal with.

I bought our house 10 years ago in February, insured it with the Villages Insurance
The Casey Welch , was very helpful at the Colony location
Moved here 9 years ago insured our car and golf cart with Casey, again she was so helpful with everything.
Luckily we never got to use our insurance till this last November the14th when we returned from church approximately 6.5 hours later our toilet tank had leaked and flooded our master bedroom and the connected 2 other bedrooms all the carpets were soaking wet .
Tried calling a plumber on a Sunday afternoon they told me to call my insurance agent I said it is a Sunday evening but they insisted that it would be open someone will answer the phone so I did and Lorraaine , answer the phone and within an hour there were two people ready to vacuum up the water spillage .
Needless to say Thanksgiving and Christmas plans was , ruined due to due to not having enough help the company that started the project is not the one that I would recommend ever again. ,However, this is a review for the Villages insurance company .
I did get estimates from other restoration companies for my house Connie Hill is a delight to talk to who handles claims and Daniel Boyle I can’t praise him enough God bless Connie Hill andDaniel Boyle
I chose Roberto flooring they did my floors and baseboards and the kickboard on my vanities my house is back to normal.
