Front office staff are friendly, helpful & discreet (hate when staff yell out all your info). I had a broken crown & another old one..time to replace. Started with evaluation, X-rays etc on 5th Sept. All done & dusted by Oct 7th. I was not considered urgent..they are just thorough. Shout-out to Dr Mena..super nice and Tracy, she was alarmed at possibly hurting me..you didn’t , you were very sweet.”

“When we meet with Ronnie I try to be sure I have all my questions and concerns for my husband written down and ready. Ronnie is professional, friendly, and she answers each question and concern we have until she is sure we understand. Requests for special equipment and referrals are taken care of in our presence. She is thorough when going over the lab results with us, commending improvements and cautioning on areas of concern. And although Martin cannot take part in our conversation, he does occasionally come up with a concern or ask to have something explained so he can understand it. With his dementia it can be challenging, but she never ignores him or talks down to him Ronnie is "our" nurse.”

“Originally called a local restoration company that we previously used for a construction project and had done excellent work, to use their handyman services. It was for a job that should have been a simple task of reversing our patio vertical blinds. A simple task turned into a project of completely disassembling the track and ultimately causing the blinds to no longer function properly after reassembly. We chose not to have them return to try to correct the error because we did not feel confident in their ability or knowledge to do so. We decided to contact The Villages warranty office to find out who did the original installation. They referred us to Great Lakes Carpet & Tile in Wildwood. We were afraid the job would be too small for them, but contacted them anyway. Glad we did! After explaining our situation, we were told that the way the original work we had done by the handyman was not necessary and most likely had damaged the track. They were more than willing to help us correct our situation, suggesting we replace the track to avoid any further problems. The attention we received from Debra Boone was friendly, professional, knowledgeable and empathetic to our situation. She had our track replaced right away for a great price. Our installers Ricky and George were also very professional and did an excellent job. We cannot be any more appreciative. We are very pleased. Overall great experience. We highly recommend them.”

“Awesome little place to stop in to grab a bite. The street tacos aren’t the same as in Texas but just as good. The service is fast & the staff are very friendly. Your order doesn’t take along to get out to you & it’s hot when you get it. Definitely a place I will return to. Their house sauce pablno is muah! The waitress describes it as a spicy ranch. “Excellent pleasant experience. I got a summons to appear for jury duty. Unless you work there you cannot have a cellphone on you. The reason is someone took some authorized pictures of some juveniles and the only way to prevent this from happening in the future is to ban the phones. Leave it in your vehicle along with your smartwatch and lots of other items that could be used as a weapon such as a tactical pen. There's a sign listing all the prohibited items near the door. A deputy came out on the steps and made the announcement about the cellphones and the smartwatches. You're not counting your steps in there. My fellow jurors were all nice people from all walks of life. It was a rewarding experience.”

“You are going to drive by this unassuming brick building on Warm Springs Road and miss it. But if you are looking for a great dentist who has state of the art equipment, is not part of a corporate dentistry practice, and is committed to each patient who walks in that front door, then you should turn around and go back. I needed a fair amount of dental work when I made the first appointment with Dr. Morcos. He expertly extracted two teeth, fitted me for a bridge and several crowns, and I never felt any pain. I waited a little while to see if I would have any complications in order to write a fair review. I am totally pleased with this dentist and everyone who works along with him.”
