We bought a used trike 2 yrs ago and now have purchased a faster trike AND a new Urtopia Joy! Jeff and Sharon are the best along with their staff. Highly recommend them. ALSO bought a couple of the new helmets to sync talking! Great place!

We purchased a e-bike from Pedro Electric Bikes. Sharon was our salesperson, she was very knowledgeable, professional & had me try e-bikes which were suited for me. Never did she push us to purchase. Sharon answered all our question. I felt very comfortable after doing my homework on which e-bike was best for me. My husband purchased me the Velotric Fold 1 Plus. Very pleased with my New Wheels. Appreciate Sharon & all her help.

We first became interested in e-bikes a year or so ago. We rented from The Village bike store, but we're not convent they were right for us. Later rented from Pedigo a couple of times. We loved the people here. They were very happy to share info and advise according to our needs & desires. We also dropped by a few times to discuss different things we had read or seen on YouTube. Every visit, the personal were more than happy to talk with us. We, finally, pulled the trigger and bought each of us a Velotric Discover 2. We also bought 2 Sena helmets with Bluetooth. We cannot believe how much we love these purchases. We have had these a week now and have ridden over 80 miles each on them! There were a few days we couldn't ride due to work being done at the house, other activities & the rain. We are glad we waited on the Discover 2 to come out. These is a very pricy investment, but in only one week, we see a great physical benefit. The bike trails in the southern Villages are so wonderful!

From stopping in to just see e-bike options to purchasing, to delivery, to answering future messages they made us feel special & wanted us happy with our choices. Loving my e-bike along with my husbands happy with his choices! Love riding them! And close by for check ups, services if needed and answering future questions. NO, online or customer service run around!

Would highly recommend you see Lori at Pedego Trailwinds. Bought the perfect bike for my wife. Found them to be very knowledgeable and helpful in the transaction. Very good on the tutorial upon delivery. May come back and buy another at my next Villages trip!
