“The Willows in Oxford FL is a great assisted living. The building has an open feeling with two story entrance and cafeteria. Clean and well maintained but the best part is the staff, everyone from the nurses to cafeteria staff is fantastic. They got to know my father-in-law and actually cared. He told us how good they were taking care of him and was happy. That in & of itself was a miracle, he distrusted everyone. Unfortunately his stay was cut short, his health deteriorated.”

Front office staff are friendly, helpful & discreet (hate when staff yell out all your info). I had a broken crown & another old one..time to replace. Started with evaluation, X-rays etc on 5th Sept. All done & dusted by Oct 7th. I was not considered urgent..they are just thorough. Shout-out to Dr Mena..super nice and Tracy, she was alarmed at possibly hurting me..you didn’t , you were very sweet.”

“When we meet with Ronnie I try to be sure I have all my questions and concerns for my husband written down and ready. Ronnie is professional, friendly, and she answers each question and concern we have until she is sure we understand. Requests for special equipment and referrals are taken care of in our presence. She is thorough when going over the lab results with us, commending improvements and cautioning on areas of concern. And although Martin cannot take part in our conversation, he does occasionally come up with a concern or ask to have something explained so he can understand it. With his dementia it can be challenging, but she never ignores him or talks down to him Ronnie is "our" nurse.”

“You are going to drive by this unassuming brick building on Warm Springs Road and miss it. But if you are looking for a great dentist who has state of the art equipment, is not part of a corporate dentistry practice, and is committed to each patient who walks in that front door, then you should turn around and go back. I needed a fair amount of dental work when I made the first appointment with Dr. Morcos. He expertly extracted two teeth, fitted me for a bridge and several crowns, and I never felt any pain. I waited a little while to see if I would have any complications in order to write a fair review. I am totally pleased with this dentist and everyone who works along with him.”

You can set it up so it will contact family or friends rather than instantly calling 911. This was very important to my Mom, who is extremely private and didn't want ambulances, fire trucks, and paramedics coming if she fell and just needed a little help .
