Front office staff are friendly, helpful & discreet (hate when staff yell out all your info). I had a broken crown & another old one..time to replace. Started with evaluation, X-rays etc on 5th Sept. All done & dusted by Oct 7th. I was not considered urgent..they are just thorough. Shout-out to Dr Mena..super nice and Tracy, she was alarmed at possibly hurting me..you didn’t , you were very sweet.”

“I researched A LOT of medical alert companies and learned that the RescueTouch by Florida Health Alert has a really unique feature that sets it apart from the rest. You can set it up so it will contact family or friends rather than instantly calling 911. This was very important to my Mom, who is extremely private and didn't want ambulances, fire trucks, and paramedics coming if she fell and just needed a little help . The owner of the company is also super nice and knowledgeable, and you can tell when you speak to him that he truly cares about his clients. Florida Health Alert definitely deserves 5 STARS.”

“This is the best Quest I’ve ever been to, coming from someone with several chronic illnesses and well-versed in today’s challenging healthcare industry. I have been to several Quest locations in numerous different cities and states over the past several years and the staff at this location makes getting blood work a lot less dreadful! Every time, I am called in on or before my scheduled appointment time. It’s sad to see recent negative reviews for this location. If you do not book an appointment, you are not guaranteed to be called in as a walk-in, and your wait time will be unpredictable depending on day-to-day demand. Scheduling appointments online is very easy and there’s always lots of availability. I have learned based on personal experience that scheduling an appointment for blood work or specimen drop-off/pick-up will make your experience as seamless as possible. Though every location is not perfect, I can’t imagine any other Quest being better than this one. A big thank you to the amazing staff!”

“I had a new patient exam and a cleaning. Miss Jaime at the front desk was very helpful and friendly, Nashaly was very knowledgeable and proficient with my x-rays and scans. Doctor Tran did my exam and took the time to explain my oral health and explained the procedure. Then had my teeth cleaning done by Tracy, she was friendly and skillful. It would be nice if Tracy had YouTube premium to keep the acoustic music going. I Will definitely recommend Magnolia Plaza to friends and family.”

“We have been to the ER several times; it is the most efficient medical facility ever with extremely professional staff. Mary in reception is great, she quickly gets you through check in and then Tony gets you settled in a room with a smile and makes you feel comfortable. Nurse Heather is very compassionate and gets you through your initial assessment, IV etc. with ease and a friendly smile. Doctor Christine is amazing; she clearly explains the assessment of your condition and really puts you at ease. Thank you all for the wonderful care.”

“This place is wonderful! I have been in a great deal of pain the last 3 days and had called several different offices to see if they would take me the same day as a new patient. Well, this place did. Dr. Compton is very nice! He spent a good bit of time with me discussing several different issues before getting to the back pain. I appreciate his knowledge with nutrition and helping me with my gut issues! He adjusted my back and my neck. I will see him again tomorrow. It appears that I have some relief with the back pain but he did say that it will take several sessions for total relief. I know time will tell but I’m happy to have found Dr Compton!”
