Ms Ronnie and all the staff are super cool and very nice. If I did enjoy going to dr this would be my place
It was nice , I arrived 10-20, and was seen before 11, for lab, not to bad, I also think that they should get to the root of the illness instead of constantly writing prescriptions for drugs, and find a way to get patients off the drugs
They listened attentively to my concerns and provided me with extended care. The entire team at the clinic displayed a high level of professionalism and made me feel comfortable throughout my visit
When we meet with Ronnie I try to be sure I have all my questions and concerns for my husband written down and ready. Ronnie is professional, friendly, and she answers each question and concern we have until she is sure we understand. Requests for special equipment and referrals are taken care of in our presence. She is thorough when going over the lab results with us, commending improvements and cautioning on areas of concern. And although Martin cannot take part in our conversation, he does occasionally come up with a concern or ask to have something explained so he can understand it. With his dementia it can be challenging, but she never ignores him or talks down to him Ronnie is "our" nurse.
