I am 76 years old, living in The Villages, Fl and have had hearing aids for 15 years. I travel 20 minutes from the other side of The Villages to do business at this office. John Hayden is the most knowledgeable specialist that I have ever had. He is also understanding and empathetic.

Took me a while to get used to my hearing aids but with John's patience and my willingness to get it right no matter what I am now hearing like I should be. I didn't realize how poor my hearing really was. Thankfully I made the right choice going with Digital Hearing Systems. One last thing.....Laurie the receptionist is very professional and always has a smile for anyone who comes thru their doors.

Don't go anywhere else for purchase of hearing aids, service of hearing aids purchased elsewhere, or a hearing test. I cannot say enough about how accommodating and helpful they were. I will be telling all my friends about this place.

Very friendly and knowledgeable and very though with testing. After testing was complete went over results and gave suggestions even though I wasn't going to purchase aids(don't live in area). Made sure I understood what to look for and questions to ask when I get back home.
