Nick came to my house today to detect a water leak that I was only aware of due to the water utility company knocking on my door and informing me that I had used 44,000 gallons of water in 1 month. 😮 Nick arrived on-time, was polite, professional and very thorough. I was so worried that the leak was under my house and would require drilling through my concrete slab and major reconstruction to repair. But Nick found the leak just outside my home, hidden under my azalea bushes where I would've never seen the tiny water puddle without all the tools he used to find it. I would recommend this company to everyone needing to find a leak that seems invisible. Mind you, I hired a plumbing company before calling five star and they couldn't find the leak anywhere. I had Five Star out to my home and they did an excellent job of finding my leak. It was a underground leak in a very long pipe. They were on time, clean and prompt. They showed respect for my home by wearing covers for there boots. They cleaned up after themselves. And even followed up with me to make sure everything was OK. I would hire them again. I trust them and would recommend them very highly to locate leaks

So happy with the service! We had a a big leak losing 5 inches of water over night! I called around to different places and everywhere I called was 3 weeks or more out, I called 5 star and he came out the next day! They scanned around our pool, dove in and checked every nook and cranny. He found 2 leaks, repaired them and made sure to follow up a day later. Thank you!
