I contacted Nichols Appliance Services as our nine year old refrigerator was in need of repair as the freezer was working but the refrigerator was not. I made an appointment and was pleasantly surprised when the service tech not only arrived as scheduled but called to give 15 minutes notice.
The tech, with more than 20 years experience, was friendly,courteous and knowledgeable. He diagnosed the problems within 30 minutes, called us with an estimate and returned with the part completing the repairs on the day he had promised for the very reasonable estimated cost. Imagine that! The refrigerator is now running like a champ! Nichols Appliance Service is now our source for any future appliance repairs.
