Toilet plumbing—-We have a 2012 Fleetwood Bounder with vacuflush toilets; 2 of them. They are a nightmare but we’ve grown accustomed to them and have personally changed out vacuum pump 4 times since buying coach brand new. But we had a different problem this time; the indicator gauge wasn’t indicating properly and the toilets wouldn’t stop pumping. We called made appt, went in the morning and the mechanic Kevin was awesome. He traced down the problem and fixed it!! We left same day and it didn’t take him 8 hours to do it! The cost was reasonable and FINALLY we found someone who knows what he’s doing with these vacuum toilets!!! Thanks Kevin. We’ve already recommended Allegience to friends.

Called Allegiance to get the cost of replacing our A/C unit. The next day they called to say the unit was already there. Went down to have it installed and found everyone very friendly and courteous. The unit was installed quickly and we were on our way. Will use again for sure.

Tiffany in the front office is a star of the first magnitude! Tiffany answered all our questions happily and knowledgeably and communicated with us to perfection. The repair and diagnostic services were performed expeditiously and expertly, we had had the RV at another dealer/repair shop and they kept the rig for a month never started the work and didn’t tell us they weren’t going to do the work. Allegiance informed us of their lead time to do the work (just over the weekend) and they did exactly as they said. Allegiance’s prices are appropriate and fair for trade. Highest kudos to Allegiance.

What a great couple that owns this business. I was on a trip and had my RV generator quit working. They got me in quick and fixed my problem the same day. As if that wasn't enough, they also found multiple other issues and corrected them as well. They did all of this and got me back on the road in the time frame that I needed. Despite all of the repairs needed my trip was not delayed even one minute. Another thing worth mentioning is that the technicians working on my RV were very sincere and genuine. One of the technicians working on my RV took a minute out of his busy day to come chat with me real quick (without me even requesting it) and assure me that he would resolve my issues and get me back on the road. This kind of customer service is pretty much unheard of these days. I am completely impressed by your company and employees. I may have to visit The Villages more often just to have my RV services taken care of by your company.
