(January 19, 2020, 9:26 am)Ok so only 4 stars because some of the bad reviews in here I understand. Customer service could be better but they are pretty busy and only a few staff. Bike had some small issues but they fixed it with no questions or hesitation. I do recommend Lucky U Cycles and I will forsure go through them for my next bike

It can be scary doing business over the internet, but Tim was great at communicating with me every step of the way, and was quick to answer any questions and fix any issues. Lucky U Cycles are very focused on treating their customers with respect and doing whatever it takes to deliver a smooth transaction. Would definitely buy from them again.
(September 18, 2019, 10:10 pm)Great prices friendly staff helps me out with setting a family member on a bike he ended up buying a 2018 Honda Rebel 500 and he absolutely loves it.. we would recommend this company to New Riders and seasoned Riders. So if you're reading this and looking into a bike stop on by and let the guys help you out.
