He immediately began researching my oven and when once he was sure he had enough information, he told me that he would look over the diagrams and call me back in 30 minutes. He called back and scheduled to come out the same day! He came and diagnosed the issue very quickly, was able to get part pricing, and write me a quote for the insurance company (lightning strike) before he left my house! I HIGHLY recommend Bob. He is very knowledgeable and friendly!”
