The owner and operator of this specific MetroPCS is absolutely fabulous! The lady has helped me countless times this is the only store I purchased my phones from or have them serviced which by the way is always free. I've received free phone cases and accessories for being a loyal customer everyone should go to the store

Mike is awesome. I wouldn't talk with Jay, he is very rude. Mike helped us to the fullest extent and made our visit nice. Jay was disrespectful and nasty and kept interuting while Mike was trying to help us. Don't recommend Jay at all. My 5 star rate goes to Mike only , Jay barely gets a half of a star.
