“My mom and I stopped in on our way back from Black Friday shopping at the outlets. From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with a warm welcome. The sales person in the dinning portion was knowledgeable & let us roam by ourselves after showing us a couple of options for what we were looking for within our price range. We ended up finding a wonderful dinning set and made our purchase. We then went into the living room portion of the showroom and was greeted by another member of the team- with the same kind and non pushy welcome. My mom purchased a couch and we were on our way. I just have to say we have never had such a good experience shopping for home items than we have had here! The staff is great! I have always dreaded shopping for furniture as many of the sales people tend to come off as used car salesmen and don’t leave you alone to make a decision. This experience was totally opposite from the moment they said hello down to the robust selection of items to the main transaction & shipping arrangements - it was just the most pleasant. I will be coming back for future items. Thank you!”

“We had the pleasure of spending 4 days (not consecutive) at your Quality Inn located at 2250 W International Speedway Blvd in November, 2019. At these stays we were greeted by your general manager Deborah Bailey and her staff. Several things stood out for us, as we had been staying in several Choice hotels on our travels. Upon arriving, we received a phone call in our room asking if all was okay or if we needed anything. The rooms were very clean! Real toilet paper, sounds crazy, but true! What a treat . Beds were great. Breakfast was hot and the breakfast staff (Billie and Susan) were very congenial and attentive to the needs of the guests. Traci, who was at the desk when we arrived was also very friendly and customer focused. We were fortunate to have conversations with Deborah. What a gem you have with her!! It takes someone with her great leadership skills to manage such a great team. It is obvious they all respect Deborah, as she respects them and we felt this was the reason for the outstanding team of employees at this facility. We just wanted to share our experience and let you know because of Deborah, this location runs like a ship. Please extend our thanks to her as well as her team. Hopefully we will be back to see them in February for the Daytona 500”

“Fantastic stay at new hotel. Check in was easy. Rooms were clean, with full kitchens. Breakfast was excellent. Fire pit just outside entrance was a nice touch. Located adjacent to motor speedway, plenty of restaurants nearby. I would stay there again.”

“I wanted to share this story because I received suppior service last night at this store. I stopped by last night to get some fix a flat... I told the clerk that I would be back as soon as I put the stuff in my tire. I showed up 15 minutes before they closed and the service tech was waiting and ready for me. He quickly plugged my tire and checked all my other tires and got me back on the road.... What I really appreciate the most was that he did the job and didn't ask for anything from me... No solicitation for a review... He just helped me!!! Thank you service guy for being so sweet!!!”

“Dr Orr and Matthew were awesome! Honey loved everyone she met. They were patient, listened to her history and what food I wanted to keep her on -they even carried her in like the baby she is instead of pulling her on a leash to and from the room. They didn’t put her on a cold, metal table -Dr Orr got onto her level on the floor and made her so comfortable. Prices are much more affordable here than private offices. Not going anywhere else!!!”

And tonight especially...we had our server Chris, who inconspicuously goes as Chris Carrabba's lol! His personality is unmatched, his attention to detail is immaculate, and his service was by far the best we've ever had! “Corey and Jacob really helped us when we found out our 15month new laptop was being junked by the manufacturer (after having it for 5 weeks for repairs) due to parts they could not get. Jacob truly understood our frustration and concerns about selecting a new laptop. He explained the store credit and how it works. He gave us some options for how to move forward and also alerted Corey who he felt would better be able to assist. Together they researched replacement laptops that met or exceeded the specs from the first laptop. They helped us determine availability and shipping time. The new laptop just arrived ( 4 shipping days early) and it should work great. Our sincere thanks to Corey and Jacob for a job well done and for helping make an extremely frustrating situation better. I highly recommend this Best Buy and purchasing the Geek Squad protection plan. Without this we would have lost out on our $4k investment.”
