“First time staying here was great during Jeep Beach weekend. Awesome customer service and everyone is super friendly. I enjoyed the spa, pool, the concerts, shop, the bars, and my room right by the ocean. I really want to thank Ashley at the rock shop who outstanding service when I came down to buy items. I do thank the valet for taking care of my jeep during the entire event. I'll definitely will be returning next year and staying at the nights again with HardRock Hotel next Jeep Beach. “This place is the best. If you have kids they can play in the courtyard. Where else can you play in luxurious grass right by the ocean. We were here the week of Halloween in unit 12. We carved pumpkins and put them outside our door. We flew kites. Normally we swim a lot but the pool, hot tub and beach access are down for the moment. It wasn't much to drive south for 1 min and go to the beach there. Plus it's temporary. The property isbr far from most attractions. And 1 hr drive from so much stuff The rooms are a little dated but clean plus who give a muffin you're cooking with an ocean view. I'll keep coming here until the building blows away it's my favorite place to be The staff is wonderful and so very helpful.”

“Room was adequate for our needs with a refrigerator and microwave. Good hot breakfast each morning. Balcony facing the ocean was nice for beautiful sunrises and the sounds of the ocean but not all rooms are oceanfront. Staff was pleasant and was a convenient location for day trips to St. Augustine to the north and New Smyrna Beach and the Canaveral National Seashore National Park to the south. Limited parking with one car per room.”

“What an amazing space for a timeshare! We enjoyed a 2 bed/2 bath condo with all sorts of amenities. 3 pools and a lazy river, plus it’s literally right in the beach. You can stroll on the boardwalk for hours, sit or play on the beach or swim/relax by the pool. Lots of activities to partake of via calendar that is provided. Restaurants, shops and entertainment all within walking distance!”

“This resort was lovely. The staff beautiful. The happy hour every day great! The bed was comfy, the room was nice and quiet. Except for the late night hours with the bikers zooming through the streets very loud.. My only complaint is they charge for everything,self- parking, breakfast, amenities, with the prices of the rooms they could allow a meal complimentary.. Just saying. But that’s it. My birthday stay and play was great! That’s why I didn’t give a higher rating..”

“This was a very beautiful resort with an awesome view of the beach. One thing I will say is eating at the Tiki bar they had outside was good and bad. The food and drinks were great and the bartender did awesome making drinks. The bar manager or who ever was making food (His name was Cort), was very VERY rude to the other workers there and would continue to talk down and belittle literally everything she did the entire time I was there. It’s really sad to see that he was not supportive of his coworkers and It was uncomfortable to see him treat her the way he did, I really hope he isn’t anyone’s manager by his attitude. Hopefully they will teach him how to treat and lead fellow employees.”
