“Well, the first thing that I liked was the fact that the service department is located in a building with automatic doors, when you pull your car up to the door it opens, you pull up to the next available space, and the door closes behind you. It was a very cold day, and wonderful that we were out of the high winds while we checked our car in! I needed an alignment and was told an hour and 15 minutes. They had it done in 45! They have a very comfortable waiting room, and a great coffee machine that does cappuccino, and hot chocolate, which satisfied my ten-year-old. Before the hot chocolate was cool enough for him to drink, they were finished with my car. I was also very surprised how competitive their prices were. They were cheaper then the repair shops locally, and they did not give me a mile-long list of recommended repairs. I just didn't expect that from a dealership. Also they made sure that I didn't have any recalls outstanding. They sent me off with a smile, and washed my car too!”
