“I really love the new location but can yall please put in some more paper towel and spray stations. It just seems like there is not enough. I feel like I have to walk and awkwardly long distance from my machine to a cleaning station and then the paper towels are usually empty or there are 2-3 people at a time trying to get theirs. By the time I get back to my machine with the paper towel, someone else already got on it or is trying to. Other than that I'm super happy with how the new location turned out :)”

Laurie is your trainer for strength and conditioning and she is amazing. She will work you, and the best part is you won’t get bored, and you will be safe. She takes time to ensure your form is correct while helping you to get stronger. While all of the boxing trainers have their own style they are all amazing and they too ensure you are safe and using correct form. The classes are a mix of boxing technique, cardio, and conditioning. You will sweat, your heart rate will rise, and you will leave feeling like you worked out.... Most importantly you will be supported no matter your goal! Definitely worth the trip and the first class is free!!!”
