“I bought a 2002 ford explorer from them..frank was very helpful and worked hard to get us the best deal..we did not check the back windows before we bought it..well got home and the windows do not roll down..so I called and they were so helpful and offered to diagnose the issue so my hubby could do the work himself ...also check on when my tags would be in and the woman ( sorry forgot her name) told me it should be here in a day or 2 and that we got a refund check also!!! I would definitely recomend them !”
