“Dr. Hayden is the best!! At 75 I tripped over my dog and broke both my legs. Dr. Hayden met me in the Deltona Halifax Emergency room and made me feel comfortable about what needed to be done and even was able to do it in Deltona where i live instead of having the go to Daytona Halifax Hospital. Follow up appointments were made easily and again his bedside manner puts you at ease and he takes time to answer your questions. I felt I was important and not just another patient. I would recommend anyone needing orthopedic surgery to use him and his office!”

“The initial check in after vitals whilst waiting on a room was about 3 hours. Found out after I went to a room that whomever was doing the registration stopped calling the ones that were there first and started at the top of the list. Pulling all the newer patients back first causing those that were there first to wait in agony longer. If the pain hadn’t been so GREAT I would have left as I noticed many patients do. This is not great customer service. What happened to the 30 min er wait? 😩 After I went into a room everyone did their part and took great care of me. I was actually able to get rest which I hadn’t done all week. Thank you. I WILL be back!! Thank you Sarah, Abby, Kim (radiology) Patience (maintenance) and the guy that got me in a room, I believe Jon. and Dr Beau. Still have some pain but it’s better than it was. Thank you ALL!!!!”

“I went online to find an urgent care, as we just moved here and I had a bug bite that swelled up. I landed on Halifax and found I could book an appointment online. They had IMMEDIATE APPOINTMENTS! I went in & the lady at the front desk was amazing! She was very friendly, we had a whole conversation about local pediatric dentists, and there was never an indication that I was bothering her - which some medical offices make it seem like that! Then the tech was so phenomenal. Again, continued with the incredible bedside manner - lots of friendly, honest, non-judgmental conversation. And finally the doctor came in and she was quick to diagnose and get me taken care of immediately. Two shots & a call to the pharmacy & my swollen bug bite is on it’s way to recovery. Halifax will be my top choice for UC for as long as I live here!! Thank you ladies!!!”

“Well, going to a dentist scared me for 70 years. My first visit to a dentist I was 7 and had one dead tooth and 7 cavities. Lots of 7s in this story! My fear just grew after that tortuous first ever experience. However I found that my fear was lessened by the kindness and ambiance of the doctors and staff. I could even joke while chaired! They're great and I appreciate them. After dental work at checkout patients are give a carnations: red, white or pink. How sweet is that????”
