“By far the best hospitality and compassion. What started as an awkward question after ordering. They asked, what are my plans today. I said "being with my dad whose in the hospital" he has leukemia and his blood levels get really low and he has to be hospitalized. So when I got to the window, they gave me my food and coffee and then proceeded to hand me a cake pop for my dad and I. This just showed me that compassion and hospitality still exists in the industry. It's the smallest things that happen in the lowest moments. Truly an amazing staff and thank you! The room could have used some TLC and a good cleaning, but overall it wasn't to the point I wouldn't stay here again. The area itself was worth the money. “We stayed in 112. We were 50 steps to the ocean, pool and where we parked. The condo was one bedroom a one bath. It had everything we needed. It is perfect for a couple or a small family. There were two futons in the living room. My wife and I travel frequently to beaches and the pool deck at Ocean Reef is one of the nicest we have seen. November is an off time so there were minimal waits for dining . Leslie the owner was wonderful to deal with and is a gracious host. There were beach towels, toys, umbrella and chairs so if you choose to fly you won’t need any beach stuff.”
