“The food was delicious. The coconut shrimp for an appetizer was great. The steak and crab combo was great, my steak was cooked perfectly, and the crab legs were amazing and fresh and the cheese grits were great too. The key lime pie was also delicious. There is a decent selection of beers and mixed cocktails. Service was excellent, our waitress was very nice and tentative. This is a very good restaurant, I would definitely recommend this restaurant.”

“Absolute BEST PIZZA in NSB!! We visited 3 times before writing a review to make sure that it was amazing each time. And WOW, we are hooked. We get the Philly Cheese steak cauliflower pizza & Stromboli and it’s the best we have ever had. Mouth watering delicious. The ambiance and music is super authentic and the wait staff is so happy and nice. Super quick service and easy to get to location. We’ve ordered them through door dash too. EXCELLENT !”

“We sat outdoors and had a nice view of the ocean. We both had chimichanga one steak and one chicken. They both had a white queso (mine was left on side), homemade red beans (a little kick here and there) Mexican rice and a salad mix. Drinks were Je Hefe. Highly recommend it all including the chips and salsa. Everything is fresh and flavorful. Staff is nice and attentive.”

“*Note:* I didn’t stay at the hotel because it was undergoing whole property renovations when I stumbled across this absolute gem of a property. Husband and I were trying to find parking for our destination: the neighboring Grille at Riverview. Parked in the lot for the hotel with the signs: “Parking for Hotel Guests Only.” So we ventured into the lobby of the hotel to ask whether there was designated parking for the restaurant. The historic property is gorgeous and obviously period without being dated or stuffy. The lobby boasted a bevy of handcrafted and artisan sale items, all tastefully displayed. The two staff I encountered were both exceptionally polite, helpful and knowledgable. I am enthused to book a trip with them in the future but absolutely suggest a stop-in to enjoy the lobby and wares.”

“Loved la fiesta! Great staff, super clean. Big menu for a small place. Really loved the food, just delicious! Get the tostadas, smoky shredded beef, with melted cheese on the bottom, then yummy fresh toppings, just a favorite! We went back the next day, but closed on Mondays. Bummer. Delicious mojitos served with an orchid. They have a crazy 30 below beer glass chiller for ICE cold beers. Never seen before. Worth it to just go for a drink. Fresh, warm chips and tasty salsa. I had enchiladas, delicious. Will definitely go back!”

“Lovely staff and restaurant. We stopped by on a Wednesday night for the first time. We ordered the escargot to start which was incredible. For entrees, we ordered the French dip and grouper. For dessert, I had to order their crème brûlée, which was amazing to say the least. All of the staff, but especially our waiter were extremely kind and professional. Great for a more upscale family dinner or a romantic date night! We will be back again!!”

“I went to visit because my cousin Sarah works there and I wanted to check it out. I’m super glad I did. I couldn’t get in her section because upstairs was too packed and there was an 85 min wait but it was worth it. We ended up getting food at the bar which didn’t disappoint. My friends and I went upstairs after to visit her and it was a lot of fun. Super clean. I wasn’t dying of sweat. I liked how inside there was live music. The acoustics inside was great. All the staff were great.”

“What a cozy lil place to enjoy great food and drinks! We had the Sunday special Lil Dog Hash. So good! It has potatoes, cheese, rainbow peppers and onions, sliced frankfurter of course and an egg cooked your way, and finished with the chefs spicy sauce.”

“By far the best hospitality and compassion. What started as an awkward question after ordering. They asked, what are my plans today. I said "being with my dad whose in the hospital" he has leukemia and his blood levels get really low and he has to be hospitalized. So when I got to the window, they gave me my food and coffee and then proceeded to hand me a cake pop for my dad and I. This just showed me that compassion and hospitality still exists in the industry. It's the smallest things that happen in the lowest moments. Truly an amazing staff and thank you! By the way, He loved the pink cake pop! - Tiffany luttrell”

“Very sweet and quaint Came in for breakfast on the fourth of July with my friend, we were seated in a pretty window seat in booths. I got the chicken and waffles which was super good, the chicken was crispy and seasoned and the waffle was perfect. It was so much I didn't even finish! Great to stop by and get a breakfast or lunch if you're a local.”

“Great coffee, snacks, and gas prices. Got gas for $3.03 a gallon, instead of full $3.18a gallon. They have the 0.15 cents off for the app, and then GAS WENT UP to $3.49 a gallon after I pulled out. I COULD NOT BELIEVE IT...I DODGED A BULLET”

“This is an awesome place to eat. The service was fast and friendly, and the food was delicious. We enjoyed the Fish Dip with crackers and hot sauce, which tickled my taste buds, as well as some fried clam strips, which were quite tasty as well. These were crispy on the outside and tender on the inside. These were our appetizers. Our main course included Blackened Grouper sandwiches, which were a tad spicy, but nothing dramatic, and ever so fresh and tasty, Cajun fried Grouper sandwich, also tasty in the Cajun style, and Crab Stuffed Grouper entree. Our sides included seasoned fries and coleslaw, and although these aren't what makes or breaks a fish restaurant, the fact that the fries were crispy and hot, and the coleslaw was creamy but not thick. Even the Dark and Stormy, and the Top Shelf Margarita happily satisfied their drinkers. Sadly, I don't recall the name of our waitress, but she was great, and the others seemed to be doing banner jobs as well. We ate outside, on the deck but the water with love music and a nice cover with a cooling fan overhead. Whenever I'm in New Smyrna, this is the place I love to eat.”

“I don't know what took us so long to try this place. I'm just glad we did. It felt like we were sitting in my grandmother's house when I was kid. Not only was the food excellent but so was the service. Our waitress Amy was personable and attentive. My wife and I were amazed at how well she knew the menu. We will definitely be back”

“I love coming here on breaks during activities at Epic Flight Academy. The staff is always warm and friendly, the food is always made exactly how I ask, and the coffee never stops flowing. Definitely a place that feels like that hometown Cafe you can't get enough of. The patio seating offers great views of Kevb airfield.”

“I have been eating at Lost Lagoon for about four years now. They have a very nice well-rounded menu. I have some serious foodie friends, and they all love this place too. Even my vegetarian friends find plenty to make them happy there. Their appetizers are the best I have had anywhere. My favorite is the pretzel bites. I have eaten way more than my share of burgers. Including all the usual suspects around the country. Lost Lagoon in my carnivorously educated opinion has the best burgers in the area. The staff is very cool. The service is always great. When busy they handle high volume business very well. The owner is frequently visible and engaging. In the four years I have been going there, I have only had to send something back twice and it was handled quickly and apologetically. Situated directly in front of NSB Airport, it's a nice facility with outside seating available and a full bar. There is ample parking, though some of it in the grass. I always have a great time there and frequently run into friends there.”

“View was beautiful. Morgan was a very attentive server. My margarita was fantastic. And the food was GREAT! Giant, meaty shrimp cooked perfectly. The nachos could only have been better if I was being fed by one of those gorgeous bronze bodies on the beach. Love this place.”

“Great little place we almost overlooked. So glad we stopped! Servers were friendly and accommodating. Food was realky good. Hubby said the country fried steak was better than Cracker Barrel. Good portion sizes, reasonable prices, and clean restrooms. We will definitely be back.”

“We're locals and this was our first visit. Food was delicious, place is small with few staff members but it's part of the ambiance. They were super busy, which is usually a good sign. My 6 year old had her manners in full force today, which was recognized by one of the ladies working, I didn't catch her name, so she came over to our table, praised my daughter, and gave her a ticket for a free ice cream. Incredibly friendly and personable staff, we all loved our choices, perfect little beach day taco spot. We'll definitely be back.”
