(January 30, 2022, 5:39 pm)Took my 8 year old to get her ears pierced at Claire’s and she was very nervous and kept procrastinating getting the tool on her ear and was very scared. Karla was extremely patient and so so kind and sweet. She made her feel very comfortable and she was very professional. She also asked multiple times for my opinion to be sure that I felt like they were even. She is amazing!! Thank you Karla, we will definitely be back :) I’m glad we came here
