As a seasoned driver whom has preferred the RAM brand over all others I am partial to the tradesman 2500 Cummins series and have been happy with my experiences with them over the years. After owning several of them I was due for yet another. Before arriving we spoke with him about our needs and what we were searching for. He listened carefully and took the initiative to be proactive in his approach to recommending the trucks we had inquired about. He had several of the trucks lined up waiting before I had arrived, and I was able to easily view each one and and talk about what the pros and cons of each one including the options that I already have on my current truck and how to incorporate that into the new one. He was very knowledgeable and was able to pinpoint and narrow down the perfect truck for me with ease. He was not pushy by any means and was able to provide us a straightforward and reasonable offer that was within the parameters of what we were looking to spend. We appreciate his honesty and his attentiveness to our needs. As I live out of state I wasn't planning on making this purchase, however, I regularly scope out dealerships and consider buying or trading if I find the right deal/truck. “Had a outstanding experience at this dealership during the purchase of our Alfa Romeo Giulia. We shopped for a new car for almost a year and over that time we stopped at a lot of dealer’s test-driving cars and gathering information. On a whim, while on vacation to Daytona Beach last Christmas we stopped in and where very impressed with how they treated us and took us seriously (even though we live 600 miles away), We stopped in again while in vacation mid-summer, again while on vacation and found the car we wanted. But the wife wanted to consider a few more option and I wanted to see what was coming in the next model year. This was the second visit, several months later, and we were remembered when we walked in. The visit was a pleasure, we were taken seriously and there were no high-pressure games. Recently we decided to pull the trigger on buying the car. I called them up and we managed everything over the phone, we flew down a couple days later to pick up the car and drive it back home. Everything was ready to go, and we were on our way. Albert Pacheco was a real pleasure to work with on all of our visits. Very friendly and professional. “Great service. I had to do a brake pad replacement and picked up some rotors just in case I had to replace the rotors on my Impala. The guy in the morning helped my find the tool I needed to rotate my pistons back. We talked for a few and was easy going. I ended up not needing to do the rotor replacement and the older guy in the evening was very friendly and it wasn't a hassle to return the rotors I bought earlier. Overall great service with no issues.”

“They saved our vacation! Our Winnibago Spinter had issues with the throttle computer on our way back to New York. No other dealerships would take us in for immediate service, except for Mercedes of Daytona. Their service manager Gabby really made sure my family was comfortable during the wait. My kids started getting anxious so they drove us to the outlets nearby. What dealership does that?!?! Unfortunately the part needed wasn't going to be available until the next day, so Gabby put us in a brand new Mercedes SUV loaner so we wouldn't miss our hotel and sightseeing reservations in Saint Augustine. They truly cared about us beyond the service of our vehicle. They even gave my boys fresh baked cookies for the ride back home. Amazing.
