“Two year Update: My 93 year old mom has been in Brilliance for almost two years now. Words cannot describe how fortunate we are to have found this ALF. Everyday I am consistently impressed with how great everyone takes care of her. I want to personally thank each and every employee for showing my mother so much compassion, attention and patience. My mother is alive today because of all of you!!! My mom had 24 hour care before we found Brilliance Assisted Living Facility. She has been there for over 5 months and she is doing better than when she had someone with her 24 hours a day at her previous facility. She says everyone there is so nice and checks on her all the time. She loves the food and the facility is super clean. Not only is the staff so great with my mom but they are always there for me also. All I need to do is call and I can get updates on how my mother is doing. I cannot thank the staff enough for the fantastic care they give my mom and support they give to me. Also, their handling of Covi19 prevention has been exemplary.”

“I had a fairly quick sign in process when I got there. They were very prompt in taking me at my appointment time. I was taken to a private room where one of the clinical aids questioned me further. This was mostly about the information I wrote down on my check in forms, medical history and my medication‘s. I was taken down the hall promptly for some x-rays of my knees which were taken right away and was sent back to my room at the doctors office. The doctor promptly came in and reviewed the x-rays with me and was very thorough and explained what he saw. After a long discussion with the doctor I decided I did not want the surgery with the hope that shots in my knees would help relieve the pain and of course, walk more easily. I am looking forward to working with him on a regular basis. since I am in my early 70s, I would prefer to discuss any replacement or two need at a later date. I know from my brother that these can be painful with a fairly long recovery time . Dr. Browning was patient and had a very friendly staff.Ken D”

Even with all the positive role models running this facility, there will always be things that will hinder complete rehabilitation and having a successful life after prison, coping with society, mental health and PTSD/Post Instutionaliation Syndrome (PICS), if you suffer from this (like myself)or know anyone who is, please reach out to your counselor for help. “My Favorite Chiropractor! My husband and I followed her when she opened up her own practice. She is a fantastic chiropractor, very knowledgeable and I always leave there feeling better. I threw my back out a couple weeks ago and I’m so grateful for Dr J. I was able to get an apt the next day.
