“Recently visited vision works to find new frames for one of my children and I. Due to a recent surgery and medical reasons a gentle fitting was extremely imperative. The manager Jared warmly welcomed me in and looked around while waiting. Rosa was so absolutely wonderful and helpful. She just went above and beyond taking into consideration the weight of the glasses and if it would be to uncomfortable. She takes into consideration what I was wanting as far frames but very nicely offered suggestions that could ultimately be a much better option for me and my vision needs. So I was already just wowed by her knowledge and attentiveness and she’s just so sweet! You truly can tell she’s passionate about what she does. I was even more blown away when it came to her helping my child who is special needs! Any parent of a special needs child understands that not everyone is always understanding and patient, she got on his level listened to him and helped him. He was determined for something that just wasn’t an option. Really made the whole experience of new glasses the most smoothest ever. She is so good with kiddos and this area really needed that!!
