Dr. Lemanski took the time to check out the ear really well and found a large mass that the other vet hadn’t found even though she had been treating his ear for over a month. “I was here for 11 days - from - 11/4/21-11/15/21 - for rehabilitation - the staff was always friendly, and wanted to please the client. The food was good, and was delivered to the client's room, as they do not use their dining room because of COVID-19. The staff always takes covid 19 very seriously, and are always using their masks like they should be. Overall my experience was very good.”

“I had to euthanize my pet and the staff at Columbia Pike made this process as easy as possible for me. It started when I called and spoke with Alexandra at the front desk. She was so kind and she answered all my questions. She explained my options and told me to take my time and to come in when I was ready. The technician who helped I believe it was Virginia was very sweet too. Then Dr. Leonard who was absolutely amazing. “We visited the new facility this week for a sick visit for our cat. Cali was terrified! She was only crated for spaying and vaccines. She is indoor only. Dr. Eades came in. He remembered us from a year and a half ago when we were there with a sick puppy. He is still compassionate, conversational, and makes sure you know the possibilities of your pets condition while waiting for test results. The staff was wonderful. Cali was handled with care. We left with follow up medications and thorough instructions. We await some lab results but I have no doubt that they will be accurate and easy to understand. Cannot say enough good things about the Shallowford Animal Hospital. We feel like family when we are there and that's something that most physician's offices cannot achieve!”

“Dr Orr and Matthew were awesome! Honey loved everyone she met. They were patient, listened to her history and what food I wanted to keep her on -they even carried her in like the baby she is instead of pulling her on a leash to and from the room. They didn’t put her on a cold, metal table -Dr Orr got onto her level on the floor and made her so comfortable. Prices are much more affordable here than private offices. Not going anywhere else!!!”

“Wonderful service! Friendly staff! Very affordable! I called to explain the issue with my dog and they tried to help me over the phone rather than just wanting me to bring in my dog and spend money.
