We had a 2 bedroom deluxe oceanfront… I took my daughter down for her spring break with a friend and my best friend. The front desk Thai was so sweet and friendly. “Let me tell you I am not in the right area for this animal control and this woman took the time to pick up the phone and return my call within 2 hrs and take the time to help guide me on what to do. She was in a different area and couldn’t directly help but she tried to guide me and help best she could! Mind you it’s the same town just different area and instead of her saying well not my jurisdiction not my problem she called and heard the urgency in my voice! These are the type of people who actually care about animals!!! She was extremely professional and really tried to help me find where to bring a stray dog”

“First time staying here was great during Jeep Beach weekend. Awesome customer service and everyone is super friendly. I enjoyed the spa, pool, the concerts, shop, the bars, and my room right by the ocean. I really want to thank Ashley at the rock shop who outstanding service when I came down to buy items. I do thank the valet for taking care of my jeep during the entire event. I'll definitely will be returning next year and staying at the nights again with HardRock Hotel next Jeep Beach.
