“It's our neighborhood donut shop. Get there early because they tend to sell out of donuts quickly. Some of my favorites are the coconut, pink frosted, pumpkin (seasonal), strawberry, and maple bacon. The glazed croissants are my absolute favorite. I also love their guava filled donuts as well as the custard filled ones. They have savory items such as pigs on a blanket. Some with jalapeño and cheese. They have fritters, turnovers, cinnamon rolls, and much more. I've never had their bagel breakfast sandwiches, but I can vouch for the croissant ones. They are delicious! The breakfast sandwich doesn't look like much, but it's served hot, fresh, and tasty. It's a very satisfying breakfast. The shop is always very clean, and the staff are happy and friendly. The lines go pretty quickly too. There's plenty of parking because it's in a strip mall. The only negative is that it closes at 1pm. It's also closed on Monday. Check it out if you happen to be near Lumsden and Lithia Pinecrest. It's another local favorite.”

“We had an incredible experience using Sweets Bakehouse for our wedding! We were doing planning during covid and she accommodated by dropping off all of the samples at our house and then we proceeded with a video chat with Tara for our tasting. She was so easy to work with and gave awesome advice on our cake design. The day of our wedding came and the cake looked INCREDIBLE! It tasted so fresh and homemade. It wasn't like those cakes from the grocery store that taste processed. It was the best cake I'd ever tasted, even better than the samples! I would 10/10 recommend Sweets Bakehouse for every event! Don't be disheartened if she is not available to make your cake. This bakery is so good and so successful that she books up fast and for good reason! “Incredible customer service, from start to finish! I ordered pie pops for my best friend who had a baby on 3/14. The obvious celebratory treat for a pi baby is baby pies - I found Cottage Pastries through a google search and spoke with Mauricio. We texted about the order and delivery and I received photos of the adorable pie pops the evening before delivery, including of the card and the new awesome design Renata made on the pies. Unfortunately, I wasn't able to taste the pops because I'm in California, but the report back to me was that they were absolutely fantastic. “Who doesn’t love ice cream and donuts…now imagine them combined! When we walked in, we were greeted by warm and friendly smiles. We then met Jonathan (who was amazing!) who helped us with ordering, gave great suggestions, and some cool info about Yonutz. I loved how the shop had such cute bright colors and illustrations; it’s definitely great for some photo ops. We also met Brandon and Jordan (who were fun and great!) who gave us great suggestions, and made our ordering process easy. I ordered the Unicorn Smash milkshake, which was great! The unicorn ice cream with thick golden Oreo pieces and chocolate pieces was blended perfectly smooth. Plus it had a huge unicorn frosted donut on top which was soft and tasty. We also ordered brownie smash donut, cookies and cream smash donut, and cookies & cream smash donuts, plus a variety box. We enjoyed our experience at Yonutz and was in awe at all the choices available. Needless to say, we will definitely be coming back to Yonutz very soon.”
