My most current visit was with Personal Banker J*****, HE WAS AWESOME! He helped me open multiple accounts. He was very great with setting up my face recognition on my mobile device. He helped set up the mobile app and notification settings. He helped with getting the correct paperwork to provide to my employer. He set up my alerts, he made sure that my mobile check deposit worked. They even provided me with a temporary cart to make atm withdraws. All in all I had a good experience.
