“I first started going to the Orange City location when my oncology team referred me here for cancer related pain. I saw Dr. Johnson and she was outright rude and needs to choose another profession. This office states their goal is to eliminate pain and give you your best life but she does not uphold to that mission statement. She flat out told me, " Be glad I'm giving you anything because imagine what kind of pain you'd be in if I gave you nothing." She then proceeded to give me an anti depressant. I left that appointment in tears. I lost all hope and was just about to accept that this was my new life and there was nothing I could do about it until a friend told me to go to the New Smyrna office and see Dr. Lee. I made an appointment and was glad I did. He was a little more compassionate and seemed to care. I am now going to the Ormond Beach location and under the care of Dr. Malik and his associate Laurie because I have a pain pump and their office is more knowledgeable about this device and managing it then the New Smyrna office otherwise I'd probably still be seeing Dr. Lee. I would highly recommend if you come to this business that you either choose the New Smyrna office or Ormond Beach office but stay away from the Orange City office if you can. Also, if you need to deal with the surgery scheduler Ebony good luck. She is not good at returning calls and never seems to be in her office when you call however the other person I have dealt with, Nicole, is amazing. Overall I am happy with my care now!”
