The front desk/greeter was quite pleasant & quickly realized she was missing just 1 piece of information, took that & asked me to have a seat. Prepared to be waiting a while, I emersed myself in my book and almost missed the calling of my name just minutes later. The technician (Stephanie?) directed me back to the testing room with pleasantries and a smile. She explained every aspect of the tests with knowledge and a bit of humor and after wiping down anything that my skin could possibly come in contact with, tested away. She answered any and all of my questions, took extra precautions when I freaked a bit to make sure I was OK with the procedure and after we were done, walked me to the door with a genuinely sincere "Have a nice day". All in all, I dealt with pleasant, knowledgeable people.”

I like that she gave me options as far as treatment goes and painted the scenarios so that I could decide how I wanted to proceed. She was very honest and this is precisely why my dentista recommended her. She said she was great and that she would not make me undergo anything that was unnecessary.
