“I met AJ an employee of Cassady Electric at my parents house while he was working on the Duke Energy box and I was impressed with his professionalism and how he explained to us what he was doing. So after seeing him work I decided to call Cassady Electric for work at my home. They sent Steve and Tate and let me tell you that our experience exceeded our expectations. Steve and Tate were very respectful of my wife and gave her suggestions that were way better of what I told her that I wanted done . They installed an outlet that I wanted on the wall but they suggested it to be under the soffit . Also they repaired and reinstalled an outlet in the soffit that I also wanted on a wall . They took the time to show my wife what it would look like and my ideas would look horrible. I would've killed my homes curb appeal . “We where helping a friends estate get her house sold and the breaker box got flagged. There are 2-3 brands of breaker boxes that insurance companies don’t want to insure. I guess they are prone to catching fire. SI Electric was referred by a friend. My father is a remodeling contractor in another state so I know about house, I’m no electrician but I have seen lots of contractors over the years. They came out and gave me an estimate. They was able to schedule me quickly because we had a potential buyer for the house. They came out on time. Her guts were clean and courteous. In the few days that took for them to come out and do the box the contract on the house fell through. We asked them to look at the house over for any other electrical issues. They found numerous illegal junctions, ungrounded exterior outlets. Let’s just say it wasn’t just a few little things. The previous owner had spliced into the wiring in numerous places adding outlets around the house. All of them were done improperly with no permits. I’m so glad they found all the problems and fixed them all. In the end we went through a number of contracts on the house resulting in four or five different home inspectors coming in. We didn’t have a single problem on the electrical inspection! Thanks you Judy! The next time I need an electrician I’ll be calling!!”

“Tech was sent out to place one wire that was not connected to the dryer breaker. He also secured the surge protector that was not mounted properly, cleaned out the breaker panel of debris, & placed some PVC on the two outside grounding stakes to prevent anyone from tripping on them. After the tech said that all the work was done & he was heading for the front door, I said let me take a look at it. When I did, I noticed the cover was not attached, and I had to ask the tech to put the cover back on the breaker panel. I didn't think I needed to ask him to do that. I think that should have been put back together before he said all the work was done. Hmm...Other than that, everything that needed to be done was completed in about 20 minutes. “Although this company provides a good service, their prices are way off the chart. I had a problem with my top of the line A/C system. They sent two reps out to diagnose the problem which took approximately 30 minutes. They did a bit of rooting around and found out the problem was the fan was not working. They quoted $380 to fix the fan, which was under warranty. I okayed the repair thinking it was going to take a while to fix this problem and that the $380 was "fair". Little did I know that the whole fix took around 35 minutes or so. When I asked the repairman how much they charged for labor, I was told $85 an hour. Why $380 then? Because I was charged the labor for the two men who "diagnosed" the problem, the time spent coming and going from my home, the time spent going to the warehouse to get the parts, and the time spent for the repairman to come back to my home and repair the AC! WHAT A RIPOFF!!! I can only say I will never use this company again. I didn't realize my costs included running their company. I realize their are overhead expenses, but this was totally unacceptable. All I can say is "buyer beware"......................look around and you'll definitely find a cheaper fix.”
