Nate and Thomas have done an amazing job establishing a genuine and welcoming community. Workouts are fun, varied, effective and can be tweaked based on ability and fitness. They also follow a program that is great for members but also works well for those who come occasionally. Another great thing about P13 is the diversity (including age range and gender balance) - the crowd here is definitely more diverse than what I see at most other studios and I think it's indicative of the inclusive community here. I can go on with the many other great things but you just have to give it a try yourself! Only con is it's not closer to my house :)”
