“I just wanted to say how great my experience was on Monday afternoon. I went in to purchase some tile to finish my bathroom. When what I needed wasn't on the shelf I asked for help. In comes Stan from the Flooring Department. Stan was kind, helpful and was very interested in making sure I got what I needed. After Stan found a forklift driver, retrieved the product from overstock and helped me load my cart with the 10 boxes I needed. After that I needed some mosaic tile for trim and your store was out. Stan called the north side store but got put on hold, not wanting me to wait around Stan took my cell phone number and called me after he clarified they had my product. He spoke with Brannon and they had the tile waiting when I arrived. Stan customer service help is what keeps me coming back to your store. I always get great help from Ron, Louis and Dale and now Stan is another go to guy!!!! Thank you so very much!!!”
