“No one wants to spend $450.00 for a dishwasher repair 8 months out of warranty. The dishwasher is only 20 months old. It's not Goldman's fault that we didn't want to spend $500/year for Whirlpool's extended warranty for all of our new appliances. So far our fridge failed and our dishwasher failed. What's next? WAIT. This is a Goldman's review, not a Whirlpool. Cindy was warm and professional. People's expectations are tainted when their expensive junk fails and she gets the brunt of it. Phil came promptly to diagnose the issue and when the part arrived he was in and out within 40 minutes and the thing worked. So Goldman's is on speed dial now and Whirlpool is on my permanent poopy list.”

Avery from start to finish was punctual and had excellent communication. On the first day we talked for near an hour discussing everything that could and would be done. He took measurements to ensure an accurate estimate on paint quantity needed and provided an estimate on the same day. I agreed to the work right then and he got started the following day.
