I had the pleasure of speaking to a very nice lady named Rhonda who was very apologetic about my package being missed on a pickup. She got it taken care of immediately and arranged for the pickup before the day closed. See I remember always that I’m a customer when I’m not in my work attire. I have to treat my customers how I want to be treated. (The Golden Rule) It’s easy for us as customers to forget that and we can’t even imagine how rude we can be and how the interaction before you stepped in the building could have made the representative upset. We don’t know what it takes for people to show up to work everyday. Life is not a joke and many people live on the edge of existence. I challenge everyone to self examine and ask what can I do to make our local post Office a better place. I dare you to shower them with love and appreciation. It’s important that the US Post offices keep thriving because they are an important element in the economy.”
