She then guided the process from start to finish, working very closely with my chosen contractor to get the details just right, and working with me constantly to refine design choices, pick out furniture and appliances, finishes and colors, and ensure that her vision for me and what I wanted in the end were converging to a great outcome. I could not be happier with the end result. Their response time is always acceptable when we are need of an unscheduled service. The only critique I could offer is that I'm rarely able to speak directly to someone when I call, rather I am generally forced to leave a message... That's obviously not ideal. But, this is made up for in that I have never NOT gotten a call back. Thanks for the continued great service.”
