Even though I have roadside assistance that would have covered the tow I chose to pay out of pocket because I've used Matthew Smith Towing in the past and have always had a good experience with them. And this time was no different. Cian arrived quickly and was super nice and well mannered. Thanks again!
(June 19, 2018, 8:06 am)We broke down on the side of the highway in GA. We were pulling a travel trailer and had a Good Sam Club membership. We sat on the side of the highway for over 5 hours while Good Sam twiddled their thumbs. I decided to call a tow company myself and Matthew Smith was there in 15 minutes. They got us to a mechanic just before they closed and we were back on the road that night. They were great!
(January 1, 2018, 11:12 am)Excellent service at a reasonable price - I had already waited an hour and a half for another towing company, so I gave these guys a call. Within 15 minutes, a polite and friendly driver pulled up and quickly loaded up my truck. Going forward, Matthew Smith Towing will always be my first call.

After talking to a couple different people who were willing to help us, someone gave me the number to Matthew Smith Towing. Phillip came out within 30 minutes and helped us out. He was very nice and respectful. I appreciated his help very much. Will definitely recommended this company to everyone. Thank you Phillip for all of your help!
